This item is very useful. I love that it is magnetic so you can place it in the bottom, under the lid, on the side of your Dutch oven. It has all the information and charcoal placement numbers for under and on top of your Dutch oven for the various temperture guides for cooking in your Dutch oven. The information becomes readily accessible by being kept with your Dutch oven, which makes this item a must have if you use a Dutch oven or want to use a Dutch oven now or in the near future. Very useful for beginners.
