This item is very useful. I love that it is magnetic so you can place it in the bottom, under the lid, on the side of your Dutch oven. It has all the information and charcoal placement numbers for under and on top of your Dutch oven for the various temperture guides for cooking in your Dutch oven. The information becomes readily accessible by being kept with your Dutch oven, which makes this item a must have if you use a Dutch oven or want to use a Dutch oven now or in the near future. Very useful for beginners.

This apron is heavy duty and appears to be able to provide me years of enjoyment. I already received several compliments on the apron and I love the large pockets. The towel holder is clutch and I also like the rings on the opposite side. It allows me to hang tools or gloves via a clip.

The grill mat worked beautifully. Great grilling, no sticking and easy clean up afterwards. I am very pleased with this product.

I use your Meat Smoking Guide to assist me smoking on my Green Mountain Smoker. I noticed the Smoking temperature range for Pork Belly to be 225°-275°. Your "target Internal Temp" to be 165°-205°. That's a big range spread. Almost all other "Target Internal Temp" ranges show 195°-205° for a Smoking Temp. range of 225°-250°. Could your 165° be a misprint and really should be 195°? Just seems a little low to me. Other than that, I really like/use your Meat Smoking Guide.

You need to know I'm not exactly the world's best handyman. In fact, my wife probably wishes there was a law requiring hammers, pilers, etc. to be stored in secure firearms-like containers and she has the key/code. My one triumph I achieved without viewing a video or reviewing blueprints on the internet. I'm very proud to let you know that the coat hanger on the back door of my bathroom is precisely perpendicular -- and I did it all by myself. Now for the apron. This is Very Important! The length of the belt is adjustable -- but DO NOT attempt to unscrew the metal grommet. Simply put, after you've widened the right hole, pull the grommet out [it may require pliers] and insert it at the appropriate length. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Without getting into details, BBQ Butler immediately offered to replace the grommet that had endured my klutzy attacks. Boy, did they ever do more. Today, just four days later, I received the replacement grommet BUT It Was On a Brand New Apron.

1. No more too-hot hands or singed arms basting dinner at the far back of the BBQ.
2. Excellent for transferring food from the BBQ to the table, e.g., fried mushrooms in a 70-year-old cast-iron frying pan that is placed on a hot pad in the middle of the table.

All of my meat comes out perfect everyone that tried my ribs roast chicken wings ask what is my smoking secret it’s all in the timing .without these charts I could have never did it. Thank you BBQBUTLER
