1. Where can I sign up for the free BBQ Recipes E-book?

2. I didn’t receive my free BBQ Recipe E-book. What do I do now? 

Please check your spam folder to see if it was delivered there.  If not, reach out to our customer service team through support@thebbqbutler.com and we will get one out to you right away!

3. Where are your products made?

We have products that are made abroad and products made in the USA. We try to source products from the US when possible.

4. Where is BBQ Butler located? Do you have any brick-and-mortar stores?

Our company offices are located in Clearfield, Utah.  We do not have any brick-and-mortar stores.

5. Do you ship outside of the US?

Because of tax and tariff issues, we currently do not ship out of the United States.

6. When will I receive my order?

Generally, all orders ship within 24 hours of order placement.  If a purchase is made on a Friday afternoon, it will ship on the next business day, which is a Monday (unless there is a holiday). Delivery time is between 3-5 business days in most cases.

7. What is BBQ Butler’s return policy?

8. How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

9. What do I do if my order is defective?

10. What if I am informed that my order has been delivered but I never received it? 

Contact your local Post Office to see if they have any record of delivery. In most cases, the issue is solved after contacting the Post Office. If your problem has not been resolved, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team at support@thebbqbutler.com 

11. Do you offer a warranty?

PRODUCT:

1. Are the heat-resistant gloves suitable for any size hands?

Some customers with extra-large hands may find that the Knit Heat Resistant Gloves suit their needs better than the Cotton Lined Silicone Gloves do. The silicone gloves are more restrictive of hand size.

2. How do I clean my heat-resistant gloves? 

Knit Heat-Resistant Gloves can be washed in the washing machine and drip-dried.  Cotton Lined Silicone Gloves can be spot cleaned or have the silicone rinsed off. If these gloves are submerged in water, the interior of the glove may not dry thoroughly and cause odors.

3. Are Bear Paws dishwasher safe?

Bear Paws are top-rack dishwasher safe.

4. How do I clean the meat injector?

The BBQ Butler Meat Injector is dishwasher safe. For best cleaning results, place the open tube toward the bottom of the dishwasher rack basket.

5. Can I purchase extra gaskets for the meat injector?

We do not offer replacement gaskets for purchase.

6. Are the grill mats flexible or rigid?

All of our grill mats are flexible. Some are more flexible than others, however.

7. Are the grill mats made from fiberglass?

Yes. Every BBQ Butler grill mat is made from fiberglass that is then coated for safety. 

8. Can grill mats go in the dishwasher? How do I clean the grill Mats?

All BBQ Butler grill mats can be washed in warm, soapy water. They are all top-rack dishwasher safe?

9. Can I cut grill mats to size?

The solid and copper grill mats CAN be cut to size. The mesh mats CANNOT be cut to size.

10. Can I use both sides of the copper grill mats?

Yes.

11. What are the dimensions of the squares of mesh in the Mesh Grill Mats?

Each mesh square measures 3mm x 3mm.

12. Can the Mesh Grill Mats be used over an open flame?

No. Doing this will melt the mat. It should be used over indirect heat only.

13. What is the heat limit for the Mesh Grill Mats? 

Do not exceed 500° F when using these mats.

14. What are the cleaning instructions for the Grilling aprons?

Because our grilling aprons are accented with genuine leather, care should be taken when cleaning them. Canvas aprons should be washed gently and drip-dried. Waxed canvas aprons should only spot cleaned with warm/cool soap and water. Washing the waxed canvas will strip the wax from the canvas.

15. What are the BBQ Butler Insulation Blankets made of? 

These blankets are made of a proprietary blend of compressed fiberglass and other materials.  Please handle it with care.  For best results, unbox your new insulation blanket with gloved hands and wipe it down with a damp cloth that you will throw away afterward. 

16. Do the insulation blankets need special treatment?

For best results, unbox your new insulation blanket with gloved hands and wipe it down with a damp cloth that you will throw away afterward.  This will protect you and your hands from insulation shards.

17. Is the BBQ Butler Grease Bucket made of galvanized steel or stainless steel?

It is made of galvanized steel.
