Refund policy
We offer a 30 day, 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, which means:
If your BBQ Butler product is defective, broken, or is not in proper working order, you may return it up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund.
If returned for personal reasons within that 30-day window, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Your refund will also reflect a 10% deduction for restocking.
*The product should be returned through the marketplace where it was purchased
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong product. We are happy to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Products
- Perishable Goods (such as rubs & sauces) cannot be returned
- Custom Products (such as special orders) cannot be returned
- Hazardous Materials or Flammable Liquids, or Gases cannot be returned.
- Sale Items are not refundable unless they are damaged, defective, or not in proper working order. ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE THAT ARE IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND:
TO START A RETURN OR REFUND, contact us at support@thebbqbutler.com. If your return/refund is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept items that have not had a return process started properly.
Refunds
Once the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
*Refunds issued will be processed within two weeks. CONCERNING ITEMS RETURNED FOR REASONS OTHER THAN BEING DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES, AND THE REFUND WILL REFLECT A 10% RESTOCKING FEE.
Exchanges
The best way to ensure a fast exchange is to return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
